Shipment processing time

All of our orders are processed within 2 working days. Please bear with us.  

Shipping timelines

All of our orders are delivered between 3 - 9 working days depending on the pincode and logistics partners timelines. We are trying to expedite.   

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

The following standard and expedited delivery estimates and rates.

1. All India orders - Free Standard shipping on orders above Rs.295/- 
2. Rs 60/- Shipping fee will be charged on orders below Rs 295/-
3. Please note that our shipping timelines are estimates. We reserve the right to delay delivery and shipment and are not liable to compensate customers for delays beyond the estimated delivery time.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email as soon as your order is confirmed and tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Damages

Aromatan Brands Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us to help with the shipment carrier or contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
