But here's the thing - I've learned that staying productive, staying focused, it's essential for keeping my head above water when life gets crazy, and believe me, it does, having these little tricks up my sleeve has been an absolute game-changer. Go for Podcast walks

I have a confession: I’m a podcast junkie. Whether it's diving into history, exploring personal growth, or just having a laugh with some comedy, there's always something playing in my ears.
